Position: Inside Sales
On Point is a recognized leader in creating turnkey solutions to incentivize and recognize Customers and Employees using Sports and Entertainment experiences. Leading with insights from our research and experience, On Point develops both individual and group Corporate Incentive and Customer Entertainment programs.
Working from our corporate office in
- Corporations seeking to drive sales performance, attract and retain customers, support marketing campaigns and promote employee loyalty
- Advertising and promotional companies seeking to use major sports events for contests and promotions
- Travel Agents and other resellers of our Sports and Entertainment Experiences
- Individual/Group travelers from all over the world who are interested in attending a sought after sporting or entertainment events
25% of applicant’s time will be spent researching and identifying new business opportunities and engaging in various sales and marketing tasks to grow our business. Working primarily by phone, email and face to face meetings, the representative will be involved in driving business from existing clients as well as hunting for new business from prospects. This may involve:
- Cold Calling
- Customer Sales Presentations
- Attending/exhibiting at trade shows
- Attending networking events
- Creating marketing plans and fulfilling associated tasks (Event forecasting, Competitor analysis, etc)
- Internet research
- Electronic Marketing
- Phone research
- List generation
- Mailing
- Manage and follow up leads
- Provide support for Travel Agents and other resellers
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- High energy and positive mental attitude
- the ability to handle objections and rejections on a daily basis
- strong ability to build rapport, provide support, and close sales via telephone and in person
- results driven
- a great love of sports and an extensive knowledge of professional sports
- extremely internet savvy
- strong working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
- Entrepreneurial and able to be effective without the infrastructure of a large corporation
- experience identifying opportunities/working a prospecting plan
- devising and fulfilling marketing plans to engage target
- a ‘roll up your sleeves do whatever it takes’ attitude
- strong follow up, organizational and time management skills
- the ability to multi-task and effectively switch between tasks in an instant
- be self motivated
- professional speech and attitude
- Presentation skills
The Opportunity

This position offers a base salary and commission. Actual compensation will largely be based on performance however the right applicant has the potential to earn a total gross income between $50K - $80K+ in the first 12 months.
