The Vince Lombardi Trophy is bestowed on the Super Bowl Winner. Named in honor of the former Green Bay Packers Coach and General Manager, it is the National Football League’s most prestigious award. During the ceremony, the NFL Commissioner presents the Trophy to the owner of the victorious team on Super Bowl Sunday.
Tiffany & Co. handcrafts each Lombardi Trophy, valued at $12,500. A football in a kicking position is depicted on the sterling silver trophy. It stands 22 inches tall, weighs seven pounds and takes 72 man-hours to create.
