Super Bowl II took place on January 14, 1968, in Miami, Florida at the Orange Bowl. Super bowl ­­II had the Green Bay Packers up against the Oakland Raiders for the chance to win the second AFL and NFL World Championship Game. The media was still recognizing the game as Super Bowl II, the unofficial name.

The Green Bay Packers’ win in Super Bowl II, 33-14, was led by Super Bowl I MVP quarterback Bart Starr, on 13 of 24 passing for 202 yards and one touchdown. During the third quarter of Super Bowl II, Green Bay held the ball for all but two and a half minutes in Super Bowl II. Green Bay scored three times the rest of Super Bowl II, on a touchdown pass from Starr to Max McGee, a Chandler field goal, and an interception returned for a touchdown by defensive back Herb Adderley.
