Overview

Working from our corporate office in Houston, Texas the successful applicant will become an expert with On Point’s Incentive Solutions as well as our complete line-up of sports and entertainment experiences. The applicant will primarily be prospecting throughout the local Texas Corporate market. Through a mix of phone, email and face to face meetings the applicant will provide service to:

Corporations seeking to drive sales performance, attract and retain customers, support marketing campaigns and promote employee loyalty
Advertising and promotional companies seeking to use major sports events for contests and promotions

Prior Experience

PLEASE NOTE: This is not an entry level role! To be successful in this position, the right candidate MUST has the following background, experience and qualities to be considered:

Proven sales track record as a top revenue producer for one or more Texas NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS Sports Properties selling Premium Luxury/Hospitality Suites and large blocks of Season Tickets to the Texas Fortune 500 Market
High energy, positive mental attitude and ability to prospect individually
Equally comfortable and strong with relationship selling and transactional selling
Strong ability to instill instant credibility and build rapport, provide support, and close sales via telephone and in person
A great love of sports and an extensive knowledge of professional sports
Entrepreneurial and able to be effective without the infrastructure and support of a large corporation

The Opportunity

This position offers a minimum base salary with an aggressive commission schedule. Actual compensation will be based on performance however the right applicant has the potential to earn a total gross income between $75 - $100K+ in the first 12 months.
