Day 1 - Thursday:
- Your private transportation will pick you up from the airport, and bring you to your hotel for a Welcome Reception.
- In the afternoon, visit the Kentucky Derby Museum where you will learn all about Derby history and traditions.
- In the evening, experience true Southern hospitality and cuisine at one of Louisville's many fine restaurants.
Day 2 - Friday
- At 6:30am enjoy a Private Backside Tour of the stables at Churchill Downs and mingle with the Oaks and Derby contenders!
- After the tour, enjoy breakfast at your leisure at your hotel.
- In the afternoon, choose between touring a local bourbon distillery, a private tour of a thoroughbred horse farm, or a chance to customize your very own Derby hat.
- End your day with attending the invitation-only Barnstable Brown party, where you will rub shoulders with celebrities, athletes, and other VIPs.
Day 3 - Saturday
- Enjoy breakfast at your hotel, then spend a full day at the races at Churchill Downs culminating in the "most exciting two minutes in sports!"
- In the evening, have dinner at one of Louisville's many culinary gems.
Day 4 - Sunday
- Your private transportation will pick you up from your hotel, and take you to the airport for your departure.
